At Carvelo, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and transparent delivery experience. Our orders may be fulfilled through trusted third-party logistics and international fulfillment partners, including CJ Dropshipping. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Our standard order processing time is usually 1–5 business days before the order is dispatched. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, supplier handling time, order volume, holidays, or promotional periods.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. CJ’s shipping estimates also state that delivery time does not include processing time and may vary depending on product attributes, shipping method, destination, and warehouse location.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information, if available.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping line, courier availability, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

Typical delivery time is approximately:

7–25 business days after dispatch

Some orders may arrive earlier, while others may take longer depending on the destination country and shipping method. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs delays, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, incorrect shipping details, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Carvelo may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Tracking information may take a few business days to update after dispatch. In some cases, tracking may not show movement immediately while the package is being transferred between warehouses, couriers, or customs facilities.

If your tracking does not update right away, please allow additional time for the courier system to refresh.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Complete address
  • City and country
  • Postal code, if applicable

Carvelo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details before the order is processed or shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Delayed Orders

While we work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to courier issues, customs inspections, high order volume, limited flight availability, warehouse delays, or circumstances outside our control.

An order may be considered significantly delayed if it has not been delivered within a reasonable extended period after dispatch. CJ’s policy references delayed orders based on longer delivery windows, including delays exceeding 45 days for the USA and 60 days for other destinations, depending on circumstances and shipping method.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can check the shipment status and assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping provider or fulfillment partner.

If the package is confirmed lost during transit, we will review the case and provide a suitable solution according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Carvelo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported as missing afterward. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, building reception, local courier offices, or your delivery provider.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country or region, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or additional charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Carvelo is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, customs inspections, or unpaid customs charges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Clear photos or videos of the packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will provide a suitable solution according to our Refund & Returns Policy. CJ’s policy supports refund or replacement review for damaged, incorrect, or missing order cases when proper proof is provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, the order must follow our return process after delivery, where applicable.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number, and each package may arrive at a different time.
